Homeschool Freedom Day 2024
with Family Protection Ministries and CHEA of California
August 24, 2024 9:30 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.
Join us at The Chapel at Grossmont in La Mesa, CA, for updates on legislative issues, inspiring speakers, and training to build relationships with legislators.
Lunch will be provided for all participants who register before August 21.
Registration at the door will be available if there are still spaces left. However, lunch cannot be guaranteed unless you register online by August 21.
If you are involved in any way in leadership of a homeschool group, please consider joining us for our Summer Leadership Conference the night before, Friday, August 23, 2:00 - 7:00 pm.
Families are welcome to join us for Homeschool Freedom Day. Please make sure ALL family members are registered so we can have your name tags ready when you check in.
I permit Family Protection Ministries and Christian Home Educators Association of California to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings or any other records taken while I or my child is participating in the Homeschool Freedom Day and engaged in any activity or event sponsored, promoted, or organized by Family Protection Ministries and Christian Home Educators Association of California including publicity, advertising, or any legitimate purposes.
I acknowledge and understand that my participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, even if arising from the negligence or fault of Family Protection Ministries (FPM), Christian Home Educators Association (CHEA), The Chapel at Grossmont, and event sponsors. I hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm and loss associated with the Activity, including any injury, harm and loss caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of FPM, CHEA, The Chapel at Grossmont, and event sponsors. I also acknowledge that all attendees are required to follow all applicable state and local ordinances in place at the time of Homeschool Freedom Day 2024.
