If you are an active-duty military and/or first responder family, you will receive a 20% discount for registration for all aspects of the conference. Available through Wednesday, May 14.
We are pleased to offer a complimentary Family Registration for Pastors who have never attended an annual CHEA convention before and who are currently serving a congregation (pastor must attend, not just the family). Limited number; first-come, first-served, and must register by Thursday, May 8; costs for other aspects of the conference apply.
If you have never attended an annual CHEA convention before and your oldest child is not yet 6 years old, you may receive a Full Access Family Registration for $40. Limited number; first-come, first-served, and must register by Thursday, May 8; costs for other aspects of the conference apply.

*All Full Access Family Registrations include you and your spouse, children 18 and under living in your home attending Convention with you, plus up to two grandparents. It also includes entrance to the Homeschooling Nuts & Bolts Mini-Con and all Thursday afternoon/evening (after 2:00 p.m.) events and the Exhibit Hall, as well as all the workshops and fun events on Friday and Saturday.

**Child and Teen Cons require a separate registration.

Here at CHEA we are committed to following Christ and the example He set for us. Every year we have a prayer team that sits in prayer over the Convention and our attendees. If you have a prayer request you would like us to pray for, please share with us below. We will have our dedicated prayer team lift you up in prayer weekly through CHEA's Parenting and Homeschool Convention in May. If you would like us to omit your name from the prayer request, please just make note of it at the end of your request and we will make sure your name is not present on the list of prayer requests. We are looking forward to being intentional and personal as we seek Christ's leading for this year's event.

Refunds and Adjustments*

We regret that refunds are not possible. We must contract for and reserve space and services in advance; therefore, we cannot issue refunds. An unredeemed registration can be used as a tax-deductible donation. Upon written request, we will issue a receipt for tax purposes.

Health and Safety Waiver*

I acknowledge and understand that my participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, even if arising from the negligence or fault of CHEA, Biola University, and event sponsors. I hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm and loss associated with the Activity, including any injury, harm and loss caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of CHEA, Biola University, and event sponsors. I also acknowledge that all attendees are required to follow all applicable state and local ordinances in place at the time of CHEA's Parenting and Homeschool Conference.

Biola Specific Additional Waiver*

I release, waive, and discharge BIOLA UNIVERSITY, INC., its past and present trustees, officers, directors, managers, partners, shareholders, representatives, employees, agents, attorneys, successors and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, charges, complaints, demands, causes of action, obligations, damages and liabilities, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, of whatsoever nature that Participant, his/her heirs, assigns, legal and personal representatives had, now has, or may hereafter claim to have against the Released Parties, arising out of or relating in any way to the ACTIVITY, including but not limited to being present at or travelling to and from any location associated with the ACTIVITY.

I also indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action (including attorneys’ fees and costs), including but not limited to claims for personal injury, illness, death, or property damage caused in whole or in part by the actions of Participant while participating in the ACTIVITY, including but not limited to being present at or travelling to and from any locations associated with the ACTIVITY.
