• This is for one student to participate in CHEA's graduation ceremony on May 16, 2025. This package includes a certificate, cap, gown, tassel, and diploma cover, 15 tickets per graduate, and participation in the graduation ceremony. CHEA members receive a special discount by entering their email address in the "Membership Number" field above.

CHEA will order your student's cap, gown, and tassel. Please select your student's gown size below.

I know someone who does quality work and might be willing to help by being the photographer and/or videographer for the ceremony. I will email [email protected] with their info.

Both parent and graduate have read the Graduation FAQ's on CHEA's website (https://cheaofca.org/high-school-graduation-ceremony), and we agree to adhere to all CHEA policies regarding graduation. Please note there is a lot of crucial information for graduates and their families, so it is very important that these be read prior to registration.

We understand that failure to adhere to CHEA's graduation policies could result in our inability to participate in CHEA's Graduation event and that monies would not be refunded.

I acknowledge and understand that my participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, even if arising from the negligence or fault of CHEA, Calvary Chapel Downey, and event sponsors. I hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm and loss associated with the Activity, including any injury, harm and loss caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of CHEA, Calvary Chapel Downey, and event sponsors. I also acknowledge that all attendees are required to follow all applicable state and local ordinances in place at the time of the Convention.

I release, waive, and discharge BIOLA UNIVERSITY, INC., its past and present trustees, officers, directors, managers, partners, shareholders, representatives, employees, agents, attorneys, successors and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, charges, complaints, demands, causes of action, obligations, damages and liabilities, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, of whatsoever nature that Participant, his/her heirs, assigns, legal and personal representatives had, now has, or may hereafter claim to have against the Released Parties, arising out of or relating in any way to the ACTIVITY, including but not limited to being present at or travelling to and from any location associated with the ACTIVITY.

I also indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action (including attorneys’ fees and costs), including but not limited to claims for personal injury, illness, death, or property damage caused in whole or in part by the actions of Participant while participating in the ACTIVITY, including but not limited to being present at or travelling to and from any locations associated with the ACTIVITY.

We regret that refunds are not possible. We must contract for and reserve space and services in advance; therefore, we cannot issue refunds. If you cannot participate in graduation for some unforeseeable reason, your graduation fee can be used as a tax-deductible donation. Upon written request, we will issue a receipt for tax purposes.
