If your CHEA Membership has expired, please purchase a new Membership here. We will update your account on our website shortly. (Since we revamped our membership plan, you need to purchase one of the new membership levels; you cannot renew your previous membership.)

If you are already a CHEA Member, please choose the Membership Option "I am already an active member." Then enter your email address (it serves as your "Membership Number") in the field that appears, and you will be able to register online and receive your appropriate discounts. (Our registration company seems to have changed its configuration recently, so if your email doesn't work, try the "I Forgot My Number" link and use the number it emails you instead.)

If you wish to register as a non-member, choose "Create New Membership" and select "I do not wish to purchase a membership at this time."

SPECIAL DISCOUNTS! If you qualify for one of the following discounts, please call our office Monday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at 562-864-2432 for more information and to confirm your eligibility. 

  • If you are an active-duty military and/or first responder family, you will receive a 20% discount for registration for all aspects of the conference. Available through Wednesday, May 8.
  • We are pleased to offer a complimentary Family Registration for Pastors who have never attended an annual CHEA convention before and who are currently serving a congregation (pastor must attend, not just the family). Limited number; first-come, first-served, and must register by Wednesday, May 1; costs for other aspects of the conference apply.
  • If you have never attended an annual CHEA convention before and your oldest child is not yet 6 years old, you may receive a Family Registration for $40. Limited number; first-come, first-served, and must register by Wednesday, May 1; costs for other aspects of the conference apply.
  • If you are wanting to volunteer at least 8 hours for a free Family Registration and/or at Child Con for a free Children's Convention registration, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator at [email protected] before completing the registration process.

Este año podemos ofrecer interpretación simultánea en español para nuestra Mini-Conferencia gratuita de introducción de Educación en el Hogar que sera el jueves por la noche. También estará disponible durante el resto de la Conferencia de Crianza y Educación en el Hogar de CHEA para las charlas impartidas por nuestras oradoras de las sesiones de apertura y algunas otras sesiones también. Tendremos tiempo en nuestra mesa de ayuda de educación en el hogar donde también podrá obtener respuestas a sus preguntas en español individualmente con padres veteranos que educan en el hogar. ¡Únase a nosotros para este increíble evento! For the Hispanic Homeschool Community
Do you want to–or are you currently–homeschooling? This year we are able to offer simultaneous translation in Spanish for our Free Thursday night Intro to Homeschooling Mini-Con. We will also have it available during the rest of CHEA Parenting and Homeschooling Conference for talks given by our keynote speakers and some other sessions as well. We will have times in our Homeschool Help Booth when you can get your questions answered in Spanish one-on-one with veteran homeschool parents as well. Please join us for this amazing event! All family registrations include you and your spouse, children 18 and under living in your home attending convention with you, plus up to two grandparents. Family Registration includes entrance to Homeschooling Nuts & Bolts Mini-Con and all Thursday evening (after 4:30 p.m.) events as well as the Parenting & Homeschool Conference on Friday and Saturday.

The Worldview Academy Mini-Con (on Thursday afternoon) and Children's and Teen Conventions require a separate registration.

Children's & Teen Conventions Registration

Children's Convention

We have a terrific program planned for this year!

Children's Convention is for children ages 4-12.
(Child MUST be 4 on or before May 8.)

Giant Cow will be handling all registrations. In your confirmation email, you will receive the link to the registration page for CHEA's Convention. There are also volunteer opportunities to receive free registrations (both for the Children's Convention and for the entire Parenting & Homeschool Conference). Teen Convention

Teen Convention is for students aged 12-18 years old.

This being an election year, we're excited to bring back Generation Joshua for one of their most popular programs!

Participants will take part in a mock presidential campaign in Generation Joshua’s iElect. The program is designed to be interactive, even getting parents and other attendees involved in the process. Some of our teens participated in this program last fall and were begging us to bring it to Convention this year!

Here at CHEA we are committed to following Christ and the example He set for us. Every year we have a prayer team that sits in prayer over the Convention and our attendees. If you have a prayer request you would like us to pray for, please share with us below. We will have our dedicated prayer team lift you up in prayer weekly through CHEA's Parenting and Homeschool Conference in May. If you would like us to omit your name from the prayer request, please just make note of it at the end of your request and we will make sure your name is not present on the list of prayer requests. We are looking forward to being intentional and personal as we seek Christ's leading for this year's event.

We would also like to ask that you keep CHEA in prayer for provision so that we can continue to advance the Kingdom of Jesus Christ by promoting, protecting, and providing support for private Christian home education. 

We regret that refunds are not possible. We must contract for and reserve space and services in advance; therefore, we cannot issue refunds. An unredeemed registration can be used as a tax-deductible donation. Upon written request, we will issue a receipt for tax purposes.

I acknowledge and understand that my participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, even if arising from the negligence or fault of CHEA, Biola University, and event sponsors. I hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm and loss associated with the Activity, including any injury, harm and loss caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of CHEA, Biola University, and event sponsors. I also acknowledge that all attendees are required to follow all applicable state and local ordinances in place at the time of CHEA's Parenting and Homeschool Conference.

I release, waive, and discharge BIOLA UNIVERSITY, INC., its past and present trustees, officers, directors, managers, partners, shareholders, representatives, employees, agents, attorneys, successors and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, charges, complaints, demands, causes of action, obligations, damages and liabilities, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, of whatsoever nature that Participant, his/her heirs, assigns, legal and personal representatives had, now has, or may hereafter claim to have against the Released Parties, arising out of or relating in any way to the ACTIVITY, including but not limited to being present at or travelling to and from any location associated with the ACTIVITY.

I also indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action (including attorneys’ fees and costs), including but not limited to claims for personal injury, illness, death, or property damage caused in whole or in part by the actions of Participant while participating in the ACTIVITY, including but not limited to being present at or travelling to and from any locations associated with the ACTIVITY.
