  • Leadership Conference guests who are not attending the Convention may purchase an Exhibit Hall Pass to attend the Exhibit Hall Friday or Saturday (it opens on Friday, not Thursday, this year). For 250/450 members, this is also included for you.

Homeschool Help Booth Volunteers Needed

Our Homeschool Help Booth serves Convention attendees by providing referrals to groups in their area and by answering questions about homeschooling. CHEA Support Network Group leaders serve as a voice of experience to offer help for fellow leaders, current homeschool families, and newcomers. 

If you are willing to volunteer to work a session (or more), please select your date and time preferences below. We will email confirmation of your assigned session(s). 

Additional Information:

◆ At-the-door registration will be available; however, we encourage you to register by July 6 as we need a lunch count and to prepare seating arrangements. The delicious lunch will include options for every dietary need.

◆ The Leadership Conference (including luncheon) is designed to help equip those interested in leading private home education groups. If you know anyone who is not a CHEA Support Network Member but would like to attend, please invite them. 

◆ 250 and 450 Support Network Members receive entrance to the Exhibit Hall on Friday or Saturday and admission for two to the Leadership Conference. 

◆ The Leadership Conference is for adults only, please. No childcare will be provided. Non-mobile nursing infants whose parents are considerate of others are always welcome.

◆ CHEA’s Parenting and Homeschool Convention opens Friday, July 10, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. Separate registration and admission fees (if applicable) are required for entrance to any part of CHEA's Annual Parenting & Homeschool Convention.
